- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If you choose to work with me and WGY, there are fees for certain action items so our time isn't wasted. If you book all the way through those fees will be discounted or waived. If you decide to cancel last minute or after weeks of planning those fees will be charged.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love to get to know our customer back and front. We send you a survey to get an idea with you one what you are looking for. We then would hop on a call and start strategically planning the vacation from there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A lifetime of planning trips and events through work and personally. We are constantly educated on the next best thing out there in the travel industry.
