- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is in packages. The initial three sessions will be $150. After these are used you can buy either a five ($60/session) or 10 ($55/session) pack.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have a conversation with the client to determine their health history, physical limitations, and possible contraindicated exercises. Then I conduct a physical assessment to determine what he/she can and cannot do. This assessment also illustrates what needs to improve (ie. balance). During the initial visit I develop of specific exercise plan that is tailored to the client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Masters degree in Kinesiology, with certifications in Athletic Training (ATC) and as a strength coach (CSCS). I have over 20 years of experience training athletes and non-athletes to achieve their goals. Due to my education and experience I am qualified to rehabilitate injuries, improve strength, power, and speed, along with general fitness improvements.
