- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge a service call for sending out a technician to diagnose your appliance. That service call is applied to the repair cost if you choose to proceed. We also do installations of appliances, unless it is a "under-the-cabinet" Microwave unit. We do NOT clean ovens that have been neglected for an extensive length of time. *Since you have been looking for it, here is a hint for $25 off the repair total. It will be applied to new customers only, and only towards the labor at the final cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We prefer to see the appliance in person, but we will try our best to diagnose online before it comes to that. We suggest you be very descriptive and upload as many photos as possible.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Please describe the problem you are having with your appliance in detail. Take photos if possible and provide us with model numbers and part numbers if possible so we can send you a quote via Thumbtack.
