- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically will do my best to calculate exactly how I will get my client to their goals. I take their history as an athlete into account as I decide what steps would be most efficient and worthwhile to my client and learn together as we go. I never make my client do anything they are not comfortable with and I never tell them to do something they are not capable of, but I do push them to hold themselves accountable as well as get better every day in terms of attitude as well as physical capabilities
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have earned my Personal Training Certificate from PTA Global and am currently in school earning my bachelors in Exercise Science and Kinesiology
