- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been cooking for more than 10 years. I started in a Basque Country style restaurant in Madrid, and I have never stop since then. When I moved to US two years ago, I thought about specialize my service in traditional Spanish cuisine
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I think I was a child when I started cooking! and a hobby turned into a passion
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked for private clients and also for big companies as Genentech, from small parties of 10 people, to events for 100 people.
