I have a rental that needed these repairs: drywall, window, and plumbing underneath my kitchen sink and a few other odds and ends. I had a whole house fan that had made a crack in the ceiling and wall drywall due to vibration. I didn't want to replace the fan, so I thought I would have to disconnect it. Baki reinforced the fan housing and I am sure I won't have any more problems with it My husband thought it was a genius repair. I had a tenant waiting to move in, so timely repairs were important to me. I didn't have time to order a retrofit window, so he went to the extra work and removed the facing and put in a regular window AND he didn't charge me any extra. He was friendly, he explained to me everything that he was going to do. His price was competitive (I had priced everything out with individual trades). Very grateful. John arrived promptly and determined a more reasonable fix for the leak. He took a bit of time to get the parts and tools, but by the end of the day we had our water back on and problem solved!

Very disappointing. Baki promised more than he could deliver.We will have to replace the flooring that he repaired. His work hours were extremely variable, often starting at 2pm and not returning for several days. He asked for an advance to purchase job materials which I provided, $5000.00. Thereafter, he continued to be inconsistent in work hours. A bad experience.

Baki is a good guy, and does very solid work. My wife and I are doing a room extension and hired Baki to do the exterior siding. He did that, and much more, adding flashing, blocking, and other aspects in order to do the job right. Best of all, he's always in a good mood and adds good cheer to the job site! We did have a little trouble getting him scheduled to complete the job, but it was over the holidays so we'll cut him some slack for that. Good guy, professional work, highly recommended.
