Introduction: As a Life Coach I powerfully stand out because of my innate ability to empathize and deep listening skills. Working together we can breathe a bit of fresh air into life, revitalizing and reenergizing all that is. I have many tools in my tool box from my many years of psychology classes, my B.A. in psychology, and the Life Coach Certification from World School of Holistic Healing and Massage Therapy. I am enamored by anyone who takes the steps necessary to create a better, more satisfying life for themselves. Let's Do This!! I mindfully integrate Swedish, Deep Tissue, Craniosacral, Reflexology, Shiatsu, Lomi Lomi, and Vibrational Massage Therapy techniques to create a unique transformative approach to each individual's healing. I also work with the energetics of the tissues to create harmony and homeostasis in the body. Physical manipulation of the muscle works through muscle congestion, allowing it to relax and more easily communicate with the rest of your body. Emotional as well as physical traumas are stored in our tissues and require love and attention to return to optimal function. With my conscientious somatic approach coupled with verbalized guided meditations while on table I have had the opportunity to witness many beautiful cathartic releases. These modalities working in tandem allow those willing to enter into meditative states that encourage healing at a cellular level. Sometimes the quiet stillness that is permitted on the table (or in "massage-land" as I like to call it) is the only quiet stillness we have time to indulge in in our busy lives! I enjoy witnessing the release and relaxation of my clients. Assisting people experience joy and relief from their ailments is satiating and wonderful! Life Coaching is incredibly cathartic because I can help my clients work through all that causes then stress and anxiety. Together we can work to create an optimal life!
