Introduction: As both a choreographer, and a dancer, it has always been my dream to encourage people to find their own hidden talents. Everybody can dance! I offer Choreography and performance for Weddings, Quinceaneras and all kind of events as well as private dance lessons. Salsa, Bachata and lady style are my specialties. My goal is to inspire. My greatest joy is using my teaching skills, technical training and choreography to help people of all ages and levels discover their own abilities. My job is to make everyone look good, and I love my job!

Fernanda is an amazing person, dancer, and teacher!I take several of Fernanda's fitness classes and I'm also part of her performance team. All of her classes are full of energy, good vibes and are really good workouts! Fernanda has a special talent to teach and share her love for dance. She makes sure you have fun but that you also learn technique, stage presence and everything that makes a good dancer.You don't know anything about dancing? No problem! Fernanda has infinite patience and I've seen her work her magic with people in different levels.I've been dancing with Fernanda for a few months now and I can already see great results. Do you want to dance your way into a killer body?! Fernanda is your girl!!

Fernanda Cedeno is simply the best! She has a true passion for dance and has dedicated her life to spreading this joy to others whether a beginner who has never danced to the most advanced. She has spent years studying dance as well as performing and has an incredible talent for teaching. I started out too shy to even attempt a Zumba class in public to now performing with her dance troupe all thanks to her combination of expertise, keen ability to teach, and kindness. She has built my confidence and instilled in me a love for dance. Her positive energy fosters an incredible spirit of community and I have made wonderful friends under her umbrella. I would definitely recommend checking her out, I guarantee you won't be disappointed!!!!

Fantastic dance/fitness instructor! Fernanda is a fabulous dancer and great instructor with a sweet, encouraging, humble and friendly personality. She also brings a lot to the community with her all-levels dance teams, children's classes, and fitness program as well as her professional dance presence. After tons of research and visits to expensive, stuffy, crowded health clubs I finally found a great studio to take Zumba-type Latin dance/fitness classes in San Rafael. Body Vibe Studio on Anderson St across from Rafael Lumber is spacious, clean, friendly, has lots of parking and doesn't have any membership fees. You just pay the instructors on a drop-in or discount class card basis. My favorite class is Fernanda's Kardio Kaliente/Zumba. The classes are a cross between Latin dance and Zumba, great fun and an excellent workout for all levels, no dance experience necessary. I also love Efren Buzzo's Salsa-Reggaeton fitness class. In both classes I sweat buckets and leave with a spring in my step, maybe ready to show off my steps on the next night out...

What can I say? I adore Fernanda! She embodies a rare combination: She's an excellent dancer and an excellent teacher! Most instructors do only one or the other well. Not Fernanda! Her classes offer creative Latin-based choreography with enough challenge to keep students focused while receiving a great workout (You'll wonder where the hour went!), and yet she's easy to follow because she's so consistent about giving cues. Even if you're new to dance or shy about it, join her classes! She makes everyone feel welcomed and comfortable. To top if off, she's warm, kind, very encouraging (Thank you, Fernanda!!!) and just about the sweetest person you could meet. Her students all love her, and I think you will too!

I have performed with international well known dance companies such us Yamulee, Island Touch, Daniel & Desiree WTP among others. I became director of the Desiree Ladies World Team Project (Bay Area) in 2017. I earned an AA in Dance and Performing Arts from the SRJC and I also earned a BA in International Business.
What types of customers have you worked with?
