- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is no standard fee, because there is no standard client. I allow a free fifteen minute consultation to allow my clients to choose their service & pricing before moving forward.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have a quick chat over the phone to see if there is "technical feasibility" on a project; in other words, is your project task a good fit for my skill set. Then I like to meet in person (no charge) over coffee or tea to make sure there is a good personality fit. If everything works out, we hit the ground running!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an MBA from Washington State University, and I've worked as an internal finance consultant for a number of years for a series of companies. I also have a Masters in Ministry from Northwest University, with an emphasis on Pastoral Care. I'm also a Toastmaster, currently a Competent Communicator and Competent Leader.
