- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we schedule your move, we send out an immediate email confirmation with the prices we spoke about and the date and time for arrival. We do not collect any deposits. On 2 days prior to your scheduled move we contact you again to re-confirm. After this on the day of the move just relax and let our workers do the hard stuff.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our employees are trained in the art of moving, We use in house employees only, which means you will not be getting labor from the streets.
