- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
step one is to talk over the phone. we will talk about your goals, what you are looking to accomplish with training and what you want to get from me. we will talk about any injuries that you may have. From there if we both feel this is a good fit we will meet for our first workout. The first session is about 45 minuets to a hour long. we will warm up and go through some fitness assessments, followed by a workout, so please be ready in workout clothing, have a towel, and bring water.

I am a certified personal trainer through National Academy of Sports Medicine
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always enjoyed being active, and have had a passion for fitness and nutrition ever since high school. I grew up having my own struggles with weight loss and muscle tone. When I turned 25 i decided that it was time for me to make a career change to something I looked forward to doing and was passionate about.
