I will never tell you what is wrong with you, how to solve your problems in life, or what your future holds. Instead I offer you tools and techniques you can use at home to activate your internal guidance system and your deep inner knowing of what is right for you. I believe that each of us has a powerful connection to spirit which when tapped into through the expression and experience of our physical body bring forth a powerful transmission of healing not only for ourselves but for all the people we come into contact with in our daily lives. Like you, your healing experience is unique, and can differ from session to session. As I work with you, we may touch into physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual aspects of your life experience. You may relax deeply, you may find yourself “tuning out”, or you may experience sensations in different parts of your body as blocks are released. There is no right or wrong experience.
