- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
prices are set for outlets,switches,fans and for service calls troubleshooting is 120 for the first hour 90 an hour after that
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to speak with the customer to get as much information as possible schedule a walkthrough then give a bid
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to WECA in 2007 and graduated in 2012. I've been doing electrical work since then. I just passed my C-10 contractor exam this year
