- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
While it is sometimes conducive to specifically quote for specific jobs I find it beneficial to both parties if a conversation be held prior to giving a quote to evaluate any and all information to accurately determine the best possible costs involved.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Master certification in recreational vehicle training as well as advanced training in hydraulics, electronics, small engines, and design. Appliances have always been a strong point for me due to the ability to diagnose and repair anything I touch.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Speak to them! If your gut feeling of that person does not exhibit a feeling they are professional on all levels then kindly move past them to the next person.
