Introduction: If you have ever wanted to learn how to dance, you've come to the right place! I specialize in beginners who wish to learn to dance. I teach ballroom and rhythm dances. You can take lessons by yourself, with a partner or as a group. I love to share the passion for dance that has been inside me all of my life with someone who is newly interested or simply ready to take the next step.

Rachel does an excellent job in her approach helping a beginner understand the basics of several of the more popular dances. She makes it fun and easy to understand. She makes learning how to dance the right way fun! :-)

Rachel is a patient teacher for those that have no dancing skills yet can help a more advanced student polish their moves as well. She helps you build the basics so that it will prepare you for learning the dances you want. My partner and I are getting better with each lesson and owe it all to Rachel. We on our way to dancing the night away!

This is the first time I have ever tried to learn how to dance formally. Feeling overwhelmed to say the least, is how I felt about it. I explained to her where I was coming from and she was able to conform to my learning style, and teach me how to have some confidence. After only a few lessons I, was able to actually dance at a wedding (nothing complicated), but it felt good. If you are wanting to learn how to dance, but feel unsure, Rachel is the person you should choose. Thank you Rachel

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer new students an introductory special consisting of 3 forty-five minute lessons for $150. Following that, I charge $65 per hour. I do offer discounts for when students purchase packages of 3 or more at a time.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to talk to my new students and find out their dance goals. I also need to know if they have any physical limitations on movement.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been a dancer for all of my life. I started with tap, ballet and gymnastics at 3 years old. I started with ballroom dance 10 years ago and have never looked back.
