- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
NO. This is where most service companies get stuck, and then end up stagnant and lose customers. Every project is different, no two homes are exactly the same. We provide every customer with a personalized, detailed estimate of their project. Your home is one of a kind, just like you, so why would a company paint the estimate with the same broad brush?
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As we know it is very difficult to provide an estimate without first seeing the project. I like to set up an initial meeting at the customer's home so I can hear directly from them just what their vision really is. I will go through every single detail, every color, every wall, door, closet, whatever my customer wants. There is absolutely nothing that we cannot paint. Just because I may have never painted it, doesn't mean it can't be done.We don't make excuses, we find solutions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The school of hard knocks. No really. I know business first and foremost. What I really understand is the business of people, and creating value for my customers. I have created, scaled, and sold 2 previous business's. How did I do it? The same way we paint. Hard Work. That's it, plain and simple, we outwork everyone.
