Introduction: I work with the full range of hypnotherapy services, including programming, behavior modification, changing unwanted habits, alleviating fears and anxious feelings, weight loss, smoking cessation, dream work to gain insight and understanding, past life regressions and awakened spirituality to enhance personal growth and awareness. Anything that the mind affects, hypnotherapy can help with since the focus of my work is with subconscious feelings and beliefs that drive behavior and life choices. I personalize my sessions for each client. No two people are exactly alike, so no two client sessions should be exactly the same. One area of specialty is my smoking cessation protocol that is designed to create permanent non-smokers. I enjoy seeing my clients overcome this, and any other addiction. Another area of my work that I enjoy in opening the heart. I help clients to reconnect with feelings that they have cut off or denied. I believe that when negative feelings are repressed for long period of time that they may actually be the cause for illness and disease.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rate for individual sessions is $75 per hour with sessions typically lasting 1 1/2-2 hours.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process when working with a new client is to offer a free 30 minute consultation. During this consultation we will discuss how and why hypnosis works and how it can transform your current challenges and and ultimately help you reach your goal. We would also discuss the types of sessions that can be done and how they pertain to your unique needs. We will also develop a plan of action. Should you decide to begin your sessions on the day of your consultation, you are fully accommodated to do just that.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Clinical and Transpersonal Hypnotherapist, received over 500 hours of training from The Florida Institute of Hypnotherapy (FIH), the only state licensed school of Hypnotherapy in Florida. I am a member in good standing with The International Association of Interpersonal Hypnotherapists (IAIH).
