- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As a standard practice, whenever working with a new computer, we always first check the status of Windows Updates and Anti-Virus, and try to assure that any problems experienced by the user are not indirectly caused.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working in the Information Technology field since 1993, and went back to college later, and graduated with my Bachelors Degree in Information Technology in 2007. I also have two associate technicians who have 20 and 15 years experience respectively.
