- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer a initial consult that allows us to get to know our potential client and what the vision entails. Once we get a theme or color scheme, we meet again to go over colors, linen patterns, etc. In some cases we provide samples so the client can get a visual of what finished products may look like. After we collect the necessary information from the client, we provide a quote for services and move on from there!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Shop around. There are a lot of event design and decor companies on the rise. Work with someone who is best for you.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Before contacting us for event decor pricing, we ask that you have in mind how many guests will be attending your event, venue location, and a working budget. This makes it easier for us to offer you basic packages within your particular price range.
