- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on how many days you want to train a week. Once you come to a conclusion on the days, then I will provide you with a reasonably monthly rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process is first asking the client if they have any medical issues or prior injuries. Second, I ask them what is there primary goal for training with me. Third I ask what is their monthly goals and their weekly goals. Four, I ask about their eating habits and if they have any allergies towards any particular type of food or food groups. Fifth, I will show them what they should be eating on a day-to-day basis coupled with the training which is going to enhance their fitness and health results.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started personal training eight years ago when I found myself helping a lot of people in the gym with their health and fitness problems. My dad would say ‘you are always in the gym why don’t you become a personal trainer’. I did and the rest is history. 😁
