- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Here at the Sarah Leonard Team we run on a 5% commission rate which is 2.5% to SLT and 2.5% to the buyers agent. If a member of our team sells your home then you would go to a 4% commission rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Sellers: We would meet at your home and go over the current market value after reviewing we would then set up an appointment for a professional stager to come and give you tips for the best possible first impression. After we have a professional photographer come and shoot your home for your photos on the MLS and marketing. Buyer: We would begin by a phone call to get you set up in a search, by involving all of your wanted criteria for your new home. Once you find something you like, one of our buyers agents will begin taking you on tours.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I began my career in a mortgage company then moved to Real Estate as an assistant in the office and worked toward my real estate licence and have been in business for the past 12 years,
