- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on the experience that I have acquired in last 35 years of doing construction and I’m there to educate and help the purchaser understand in becoming a homeowner.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with many customers from the area or even out of town that I’ve have never met. I have been their eyes on the home inspection why they are out of town and being relocated to this area. I take between 200 and 300 pictures On a typical home, and not all are in the report. I comment on each picture to let them know what the default is or just if everything’s OK.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Are you looking for a company to tell you want you want to here, or are you looking for a company to show you the Defects, educate them and give them guidance?
