- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are what you would find at institutional facilities, but without the loud, group setting. Also, we give our clients at least 2x more time, given that facilities only do semi-private lessons. This allows us to devote the full amount of time to our clients, which is a better bang-for-the-buck scenario.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We set up a free consultation to understand our client's needs and configure a program personally tailored for them. Each session is extensive given that we devote our attention 100% to our clients. After a session, we both feel refreshed and excited to have accomplished something together.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Both Alice and I are swimmers at heart spending 6 days a week swimming for 12+ yrs each. I have a Starfish Swim Instructor Certification, which covers the skill level for tiny babies to adults, as well as water aerobics and water fitness. Safety is always a top priority for us, so I am certified in 1st Aid, AED, and CPR.
