Introduction: I am a licensed esthetician by the AZ State Board of Cosmetology and a Certified Lash Extension Artist. I specialize in every type of eyelash extensions available. I am also one of the few artists who has trained with a master lash trainer in Russian Volume. I am also a make up artist that specializes in airbrush. Airbrush make up is absolutely flawless!! It lasts for almost 24 hrs and is perfect for events/occasions where you'll be photographed. I take extreme pride in my craft. I offer package deals for lashes and make up and also have TONS of connections in my field. I work with hair stylists, laser and skin specialists, nail techs and photographers/video editors. We always collaborate to provide you with an all inclusive experience.
I LOVE lashes and make up! It is the reason I went to school to become licensed. I have always wanted to do this and it is beyond gratifying. There is nothing I enjoy more than seeing my client look in the mirror after Ive done their lashes or air brushed their make up. It truly changes the way you look and feel!

Ricci did an AMAZING job on my lashes! My lashes are stubborn. Super curly and hard to work with, that did not phase Ricci one bit. She made them look even longer and 5x fuller, exactly what I asked for!

Both the age-defying facials sand eyelash extensions at R&R Beauty Bar exceed my expectations every time. It's difficult to find top-notch spa and beauty treatments, but Ricci and Robin are as skilled as they are courteous and marvelous to be around.
I am hooked without a doubt-- my skin is glowing and I no longer have to spend hours putting on makeup-- now I look better without it!

Love, love, LOVE the work Ricci does on my lashes! She is ridiculously talented, and makes you feel so pampered and gorgeous from the second you walk in until the second you leave. My lashes always look so full of volume! You've gotta check her out :)
