- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In getting you an accurate quote, the details matter! We can only provide a ballpark until we meet and talk in depth. But don't worry – this means that we can work together on finding an approach that fits your budget! We have experience working on both ends of the price spectrum and love working with clients to find something that will work for the right price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet and talk with you about what you're looking to get out of your video, and we create a focused plan and a detailed budget breakdown. From there project needs vary, but we will pull together crew, cast, script, locations, and other elements as needed. Once the video is shot we usually only take a day or two to turn around a rough cut. If there are interviews we transcribe them. From this rough cut we will gather your feedback and make changes. When it comes time to deliver your video, we can provide the final files in whatever format is requested!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Tom Ciaburri studied filmmaking at Hampshire College and the Acadamy of Performing Arts in Prauge. He has been shooting professionally for nine years and has worked in New York, India, Ireland, and South Africa. Nathan Whitehouse has been a writer and director for over three years. His feature film Semi-Secret is currently in post-production.
