I've been looking for a cleaning service I can rely on to do a good job consistently for several months. Lemonly is my third try, and I love their work. The team that cleans my home always shows up in the specified arrival window, and they do a magnificent job. I couldn't do a better job myself. They did a great job scrubbing the bathroom tub on their first cleaning, it's looked great ever since! I have them come every 2 weeks, which is just right. Right when the house starts to feel like it could be cleaned, they show up. Maybe you don't make things as dirty as fast as we do :) Also, the team is very friendly. I only met them the first time they came over, but they were sweet and funny. Most importantly, I trust them to be in my home when I am not there. It's a bit more expensive than some of the other quotes I got on Thumbtack, but I've decided it's worth it because I've had quality issues in the past and these guys nailed it.

I hired Lemonly about a month ago for a one time deep clean. I highly recommend the service. The cleaning team they sent was very friendly and did an AMAZING job. I felt comfortable with them in my home which is always important to me when I invite people into my home. I plan to use them again, and might even try out their recurring service.

I hired Lemonly for a one time deep clean. They responded quickly to all my questions, and have a great website that let's you book your appointments. They also did a great job cleaning, my apartment wasn't even this clean when we moved in. Would recommend.

This will be a mixed review. The first cleaning service I hired for a deep clean between condo tenants didn't show and the owner showed up the next day to do the work herself, but she did a very light cleaning, skipped many areas, and left a dirty kitchen virtually untouched. I then hired Lemonly to due a deep cleaning, but after another scheduling miscommunication, they did a light cleaning, skipped many areas, cleaned only the sink in the kitchen, and left early. But Caleb then sent a different crew, Katie and Aaron, for no additional charge and they did a good deep cleaning job. I would give the first crew 1 star and Katie and Aaron 5 stars, thus the average rating of 3 stars.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing system is laid out in detail on our website's booking form. We start at $119 for a one bedroom one bathroom home. We offer discounts for recurring service, which we encourage our customers to take advantage of.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are dedicated to serving you so our first goal is to understand your needs. We are happy to chat on the phone, via email, text, or through Thumbtack if you have any questions. After scheduling an appointment with us, a Lemonly cleaning team will arrive on the scheduled date and time. We don't waste any time and get straight to work. If you have any special requests, please let us know ahead of time so we can be sure to accommodate them. You'll need to let us in somehow - most clients give us a key, a key-code, leave it unlocked, or just let us in. We encourage all customers to schedule recurring cleanings after their satisfaction with the first visit.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our trusted cleaning teams have many years of experience in the Seattle area. Each cleaner is rigorously screened, passes a background check, and is interviewed in-person.
