Just like most of you reading this comment I was tired of having to put my two cats in boarding when I travel. I found P&P from my leasing office who said they were currently the go to pet sitters for our building. They were extremely professional, organized, and obviously love cats. Bingo and Price were totally relaxed upon my return unlike the normal I hate you showdown we usually have after boarding at the vet. I also loved the fact that they took the trash out and cleaned extremely well around the litterbox. I highly recommended their services.

The whole process was quick. I posted a request, received an email, and was given a meet and greet date and time all within 48 hrs. Ghislaine was assigned to us and from our first meeting I knew she would be wonderful. She has a great personality, my dog and her hit it off immediately, and she asked us questions we hadn't even thought of. I was very impressed with her references and her past clients I chatted with as well. Thank you Paws and Plums for helping us find someone to get Lucy out of the house.

I originally hired them to start providing dog walks during the week when I cant work from home. The next day after my meet and greet I had an emergency and was called out of town but since my walker had just met Corina I was hesitant to push that on her as well. The company informed me she was able to provide overnight sitting in my home for 5 days. I'm a crazy dog mom and I was a nervous wreck until my husband reminded me we could check on her via our cameras (These cameras are hidden and our sitter was unaware of them). I was pleasantly surprised at the love shown to my dog it was above and beyond what we could have hoped for. My dog usually goes on a night walk with the neighbors dog and my sitter was more than happy to walk them together to keep their routine up. She also received extra walks, played fetch in the backyard, let the neighbors dog come over, and spent extra time at the house during the day. Corina usually exhibits some form of behavioral issues when we go away furniture chewing, door scratching, etc. She didn't destroy anything last week even when the sitter was away during the day. I cant wait for Corina to start her weekly walks and I'm glad we found Paws and Plums. Thank you Ghislaine!

We schedule a free meet and greet. This allows us to meet the owner and their pets, answer questions, discuss their wants and needs, and set up a start date.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our pet sitters have no less than 2 years experience providing pet care services for animals.
