We use pricing software which is used throughout our industry with predetermined pricing. Pricing is based on scope of repairs or scope of work and quantity.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Each project is screened prior to sending staff out to the project to insure the very best service .All projects are evaluated and each step is walked through with the homeowner .Once, physical work has begun a schedule and a timeline for repairs is provided, along with continuous updates throughout the process.
