Introduction: I have a doctorate in vocal performance and have been teaching voice lessons in multiple styles for 15 years. I work with all skill levels ages 8 and up. I have a lot of middle school students all the way to retired folks! I have a lot of experience teaching music theater, classical, and rock/folk. I believe that everyone has a singing voice and can improve! I love helping people find their voices in their preferred styles.

People love to sing because singing feels good--it lifts our spirits when we're down, and helps us to express joy when words fail us. And every one can sing. Period. Not everyone will be an opera or pop star but everyone, and I mean everyone, can get better. I love teaching voice lessons because folks are always capable of more than they think they are, and I love being the person that helps them find their voices--whether your in high school and want to major in music in college, or you're retired and just looking for an easier tone.

I worked with Dr. Frazer right before my college auditions, and it made a world of difference for me. Before her, I hadn't ever taken lessons and just relied on natural talent which can only take you so far. Not only did I get accepted into both of the schools I applied to, I also received generous scholarships and an offer to audition for the opera before arriving on campus. I still use many of the techniques she's taught me to this day, and think back fondly of my time with her. If she was still in my state, I would definitely be taking lessons from her again. She is an amazing teacher, and made me comfortable but also challenged me at the same time. If you want lessons, look no further than her studio!

My experience studying with Dr. Liz Frazer was absolutely incredible! She is extremely knowledgeable of the the voice and how it works, and I have always loved and appreciated her creativity when it comes to exercises for developing and building a voice. She genuinely cares about each and everyone of her students, and she wants to see them grow and be successful. I've seen her work with people at all different levels and stages of their voice, and her commitment to the individual success of each student was an amazing and inspiring thing to witness! I hadn't had much experience singing when I started studying with Dr. Frazer, but she invested in me, believed in me, challenged me vocally, and helped me to build up the confidence I needed! Thanks to my time with Dr. Frazer, I am now continuing my education in vocal performance while working professionally as a singer.
