- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our Complimentary Meet and Greet, this is our first appointment, scheduled by phone. It is a time for me to meet your dog, greet your dog in his environment and have your dog meet other dogs (as necessary due to service expectations) to ensure everyone plays nice. I evaluate the dog’s temperament from a checklist of pros and cons from all of my experience as a pet care professional to be able to group “Like” dogs together. We are a flea FREE Zone, I take this time to screen for fleas as well as overall health of the dog/animal(s) in care. We review the information provided on the Member Information forms and ensure all vaccination requirements are met, collect documents, keys and payment for services. This appointment takes approximately 45 mintures-1 hour with extra questions you may have for me. On this appointment, Please make sure you Opt-In for a Lock Box or provide a Key. You will receive your Lock Box with registration.
