- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I often send quotes for hourly work, but I work hard and quickly, I want to make sure clients are getting their money’s worth.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It’s all about making sure you’re happy with the results, as well as when building making sure that it’s safe and when tutoring making sure you’re developing your intuition for the material.
