Introduction: We are a soul based yoga studio that believes every person is important and has the ability to make significant life changes through yoga & specialty classes. I bring my healing energy and background of being a Clinical Nurse Specialist to really work diligently with every person that comes to us to reach their own level of wellness. I have written several books on health and how we use the mind to overcome obstacles we all face in life. It is my goal to leave my footprint as a healer and person who cared for people helping them to be healthy & happy. I have a significant nursing back ground in women's health and working with people with other medical needs. I am also so happy to help you. The best thing ever is to see someone transform their life and have better health, relationship, financial stability & total happiness about life. As a Mastwrs Prepared Nurse I love being able use all my skills to help people. I combine my writing of books, workshops and experience in the yoga and fitness areas to give every client specialized attention.
