Chris was able to meet me at my convenience which is great considering, like most people, we all have very strict schedules. I was buying my first house and very nervous with purchasing something that was going to need a lot of work. Chris met me at the property and gave me a full inspection of the house. He checked all the major systems as well as all of the electrical outlets and fuse boxes. He observed the outside roof and foundation as well. Chris did a wonderful job putting my mind at ease and his professionalism and expertise is what helped me ultimately pull the trigger and purchase my first home.

Chris was able to get out the very next day to inspect my property and I received a thorough report with photo and video materials within the same day. Chris was available to help wIth explaining the report and answering my questions.
