If you are a busy woman who struggles to find the time to workout, and like me, finds excuse after excuse to avoid going to the gym... then Danielle's online bootcamp will be perfect for you! I really enjoyed the fact that it was flexible and allowed me to workout during the times that best suited my schedule. I also loved the fact that as well as feeling stronger and fitter, I had much more energy and actually felt recharged after completing the workouts. Also, Danielle's 'tough love' made sure I was doing exactly what I signed up for and that is the kind of support I needed to stay on track on busy days. By joining the online bootcamp, I realized that: Yes it is possible to complete intense workouts in the comfort of your home - No you do not need to workout for hours - and Yes it is possible to squeeze in regular daily workouts. Go ahead and try the online bootcamp, you have so much to gain!

I was looking to firm up and strengthen my core and shoulders after having my 3rd child as well as increase my flexibility. Danielle brought a wealth of knowledge and experience from her years of being a gymnast as well as her study to be a personal trainer to our training sessions. She was very encouraging and enthusiastic through the whole process. She exceeded my expectations by pushing me harder than I could have gone on my own and designing workouts that I could easily do on my own in my own living room. She also helped me pinpoint key areas of inflexibility that I was unaware of, and designed a stretching routine that, again, I could take home and easily do in my living room. I loved experiencing the results-- a stronger core, and greater flexibility. I highly recommend her!
