FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For travel agent services, my fees are paid by our travel/activity suppliers. Discounts and upgrades can be offered by the suppliers. For wedding officant fees, those are flat direct costs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After some intial email conversation, I typically set up an in-person meeting (for those local to metro Atlanta) with the main contact or a telephone/video conference through FaceTime, Google Hangouts or Skype to get more information about the customer's desired goals and outcomes. After that, I can go back to review all the information and build what works best for your needs and desires.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've completed training for most of the major cruise lines and theme parks. Also, very connected and take ongoing continuing education courses and training with the Cruise Lines International Association (CLIA) and the International Air Transport Association (IATA) which offer trainings and events for travel agents throughout the year to stay up to date.
