Chris did some repair work on our basement. He repointed a lot of stone work in the foundation and concrete layers, and very neatly sealed around the bottom of the foundation where it meets the drive. We were very happy with the work. Chris was honest and open about what could be achieved and therefore everyone's expectations were on the same page. The work was completed in a timely manner, and the basement and property left very clean and tidy. I would certainly hire him again for similar work.

We are a builder who is always looking for good subcontractors. We needed a corner of the foundation of a two-family structure that needed to be partially demolished and rebuilt. In addition, we needed the entire foundation to be repointed. Chris was able to take the existing stone and rebuild the corner of the building perfectly, which saved us money and allowed us to make the building structurally safe again. His prices are fair, the quality of work is good, and he stands by his word. He was able to finish ahead of schedule, too.
