What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As a new NOURISH client, you will share current concerns, desired outcomes and a health and lifestyle history. You will also share an initial 3-day food journal. All of this information will enable me to provide you with the very best customized diet, supplement and lifestyle recommendations. I offer package options that are designed with your ultimate success in mind!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received Certification as a Nutrition Consultant after two years of study with Hawthorn University. I also hold a Masters Degree in Education from Indiana University.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your service? If so, please share the details here.
My most popular product is my 10 week package for $495.

How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been intrigued and passionate about nutritious and tasty food for over four decades! I started baking bread and cooking from "scratch" as a young mother...eager to provide REAL FOOD for my family. This passion ultimately led to my formal nutrition education through Hawthorn University. In between, I was a public school teacher. I believe my education degrees and my certification as a Nutrition Consultant uniquely qualify me to provide high-quality service for my clients!
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with both men and women, ranging in age from early 30s to upper 80s. Many of my clients have struggled with weight issues, high-blood pressure, diabetes, heart conditions, gastrointestinal problems and hormone imbalances. The most common complaint is hear is: "I don't have enough energy." We all want the vitality to do the things we need to do...and the things we WANT to do! Regaining nutritional balance will restore that vitality!
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I recently worked with a client concerned about unfavorable blood work results...particularly her lipid panel. Triglycerides, in particular, were extremely elevated. I gently guided her through some dietary transitions with plenty of moral support. To date, she has lost 25 pounds and dropped her triglyceride number from 283 to 153! These results were achieved after working together for 5 weeks.

the specifics of HOW to make these changes?
