- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
C' Glamour send the quote depending on the service required. For 1 person is more expensive than 2, but after 5 people there are the different prices and discounts. There is a fee for the Bride or the XV, and extra charge depending on the hairstyle and the hair length, but if there is a group of 10 the bride or XV are charged as regular price, no extras, even though they require more work and time, because we need to care about the complete image. Sometimes people ask for hair extension and they require more work and time. Is possible to do some extra charge if that happens. But mostly there are not extra charge for services if we have a pre-event interview. ______________________________________________________________________ C 'Glamour envía la cotización dependiendo del servicio requerido. Para 1 persona es más caro que 2, pero después de 5 personas hay diferentes precios y descuentos. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I loved to talk my customers by phone call, that's our first contact, in the same day we usually talk about the appointment to talk deeper about hers goals in the big day. In the second step, we designed together the best image in make up and hairstyle to her. and the big day is expected to have a easygoing because every thing was decided before and I only going to do my best

we studied Bridal Bussines in Cinema Secret, my teacher was Barbara Layne, she is a celebrity make up artist. To be a Makeup artist first you need is the passion for do your best in any person whom you work with.
