Introduction: Jersey is a 200-hour registered yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance. Jersey specializes in Hatha yoga, but is also trained in Vinyasa and Yin. She has experience teaching private yoga, corporate yoga and to large groups in local studios and gyms. Having suffered from an injury 10 years ago that limited her yoga practice, Jersey is able to understand her students' limitations and provides modifications and props in order to help them achieve the maximum benefits of yoga. As a result, Jersey's classes have a strong focus on alignment, breath and intention.
Through a consistent practice of yoga and meditation, Jersey found herself living a fuller and more balanced life (in mind, body, and spirit). She chose to become a yoga teacher so she could impart her knowledge and love of yoga and its philosophies with others. She works especially well with those newer to yoga and in need of private instruction.
