- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are pretty standard they do t typically change drastically. I do offer referral discounts and if your a regular client I always throw in bonuses. :)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Consultation at no extra charge. Get in depth about their hair goals, likes, dislikes, pricing. The truth about their hair and wether or not the goal is reachable.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've completed 1500 hrs in school an currently licensed in TN and MS. I work diligently to excel in what I do. I take advantage of training courses offered around the city. Always researching.
