- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most investigative services are offered on a per hour/per investigator basis plus reasonable and necessary expenses. Some services are set at fixed rates. A retainer is required prior to commencement of work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will meet with you in person or by phone to discuss your matter then work with you to develop a plan that meets your needs and budget.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We work with only the best investigators in the state. Our professional detectives are licensed private investigators with a wide range of experience and training that we will match to your specific needs.
