Well the gentleman was very helpful. Although the problem that I initially called about got forgotten about. I am still not able to connect to Ethernet and wifi at the same time to run videos from a site that my husband uses. Enternet Explorer is still not running properly.

We have left numerous messages for Kathy. Her technician has made it known to her that he would walk her through, for free, the instructions he left for her to try so both the ethernet cable and wifi work together. I have also left messages for her asking what is not working on her IE and have not heard back. Please call Kathy... ~JK, Operations Manager
