Worth every penny! My husband and I just moved after a two year stint in a tiny one bedroom. Wow, we accumulated a ton of crap! Luckily, we were able to make several trips with our car before the big move, but the minute these guys showed up, they got down to business. They did the job in a little over three hours, which is about what we were quoted. We ended up paying about $70 over our quote and plus tip, we spent about $400. Like I said, well worth it! They arrived early, but we were expecting them any time after noon, so we were ready. They had a huge truck that accommodated all of our stuff with plenty of room to spare. The three man team was literally taking our little, but heavy boxes and stacking them inside a larger box, then strapping them to their back to carry up one flight of stairs. They did a great job with our flat screen TV and sofa, which were really the only big things we cared about. The only thing that broke was 2 cereal bowls, but it was my fault for not packing them with bubble wrap. I would highly recommend this company

After the guys got to the house, things moved fast. They were great guys, who weren't afraid to have fun, very friendly, great personalities. Suggestions: Don't always pay attention to GPS when moving someone in the country. Take directions from the client, then you won't get lost. Also some places in the country don't have cell service due to the wheat fields. And always have a back up plan if one of your scheduled movers is sick or there car breaks down. There were a few problems but they were handled to my satisfaction. I would recommend this company again, mainly because the young guys were such a pleasure to work with. Also they didn't forget anything, and everything was packed extremely well.

I hired Jet Movers via Thumbtack short-notice in late November and was grateful they were able to move my belongings on the day I needed to move.
I hired a truck with 2 movers with all the amenities as described by Anna Nemykina, the Jet Moves representative, whom I communicated and coordinated the move with via Thumbtack's instant messaging system.
I agreed to 2 hours minimum (to be billed in 15-minute increments thereafter) at $80 per hour cash plus the $50 fuel charge (since my move was in the 16-30 mile range). My move was on 11/29/16. I received a call from Jet Movers Spokne office at 2pm saying the movers and truck would be at my place by 3:30pm. They did not arrive until 4:45pm. Jet Movers moved my belongings in 2 hrs 26 mins and charged for a full 3 hours, not in 15-minute increments after the minimum 2 hours as agreed. I paid cash, because rates were lower if paid in cash, and the movers did not have change. At the end of the move, the gentleman driving the truck asked me to sign the Service Agreement, Damage Report, and Work Order and told me I would receive a copy of the documents via email. I still have not received these documents.
I contacted Anna Nemykina via Thumbtack's chat immediately after the move on 11/29/2016 for a resolution to the cost discrepancies (what was agreed upon vs. what was actually charged/what I had to pay). On 12/2/16, I was told that the manager would contact me directly. That has not happened yet. Between 12/2/2016 and 12/21/2016 I have tried to call the number for Jet Movers provided during initial contact but there was no answer and no return call for the message I left. I have also tried to contact Thumbtack's customer service line via phone but was unable to reach an actual person to speak with. On 12/21/2016, I messaged Anna Nemykina again via Thumbtack. She told me the "head manager" would contact me "tomorrow" (Thursday, 12/22/2016), but I still have not heard from them via phone or email, today is 12/27/2016.
My biggest complaints are the lack of communication between the home office in Seattle (the movers told me they are in Seattle) who coordinated the move and the actual movers in Spokane and the fact that I have yet to be contacted by a manager after nearly a month (I have been lied to twice about being contacted). This is quite unprofessional. Though they were able to move my belongings short-notice, customer service is still necessary. I have waited this long to write a review in hopes of reaching some resolution, but I have not received quality service from Jet Movers.

The two men moving were great, hard working, kind and seemed to take care not to damage anything. Since you asked, they did show up with no rope to tie the load, now tools for lifting and were short on moving blankets. I was able to supply the above items, it was a none issue, but you asked.
When it was time to pay, my check was treated as a credit card, that was weird, so i had the crew follow meet to the bank for cash in order to avoid the cc additional charges. They did disclose this in the previous email, however i had that a check was the same as cash, as there are not fees charged to a business for check, possibly they receive to many bad checks and that's the reason.
Would i use them again, certainly. They did a great job at staying in touch, arriving as promised.
