- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Free 30 min FaceTime Consultation On-site “DIY How to” Consultation $75 3 hrs - $150 6 hrs - $250
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Phone interview first, or a free 30 min FaceTime interview of the rooms. I will then schedule a 3/hr or 6/hr organizing session. If you are a “DIY” person, I also offer a 1/hr ($75) walk through to teach you the tips and tricks to successfully complete the project on your own. I would also be happy to haul away any items you are donating after the walk through.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?B.S. Degree in Behavioral Science. I have learned to ask the "Why" "What" "How" questions. "Why do you have this, and Why is/isn't it working for you?" I then ask, "What can I do to help you?" And the "How" is my specialty. I simply love listening, helping, and encouraging others by teaching them how to create the space that they want and will love.
