- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Cost is related to the issue and amount of time it will take to fix. I provide estimates over the phone, so the client will always know, in advance what to expect.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin with a phone meeting with my clients to discuss the exact nature of the problem. I provide suggestions, possible solutions and a cost estimate. The phone call is free!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been empowering clients with technology since 1991. I've worked for Harvard University, Emerson College, Palm Inc., Stream International, and my own computer services business, originally called PC Housecall.
