- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Job bids are based on project description, if it costs less than I will refund the customer. I refuse to overcharge a customer, every penny counts in today's economic times and I value repeat customers over price gouging.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I get an idea of what they are wanting. I do what I can to surpass their expectations. Once job is completed the customer and I walk through the job and make sure it exceeds their expectations so that they are completely satisfied with their experience.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been doing all aspects of construction and remodel since I was 12. I grew up on making sure the job was done to perfection, and was always taught if you don't have time to do it right you don't have time to do it over.
