- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Beyond Engagements has an EXPERIENCE for every inspiration, and a STYLE for every desire and budget for our Clients. You’ll find that the simplicity in which we have fashioned our pricing allows our Clients to have a first-class, five-star experience, without the normal stress filled atmosphere that so many encounter during the planning and designing process. We offer Affordable, Luxury All-Inclusive Wedding & Event Packages, as well as Custom Wedding & Event Services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A Beyond Engagements, we begin by "Capturing Your Vision" with a COMPLIMENTARY one hour consultation, which includes an introduction of Beyond Engagements and our services, and an unveiling of your vision, along with an itemized proposal of selected items & services. Our Clients are then able to secure their date by making a “Save The Date” Deposit which holds your event date and allows our Beyond Event Planner to facilitate through our vast array of potential event professionals, design presentations, budget analysis & proposal finalization. Thereafter, the Client signs a contract and puts down a 25% Security Deposit and then we setup a comfortable Payment Agreement according to the Clients liking. The Final “30 Day Out” Payment, which constitutes the full and final payment for your event, is due one month prior to your contractual event date. KEEP IN MIND, that "Our Passion is... You", so at anytime that we need to work with our Clients in any area, we are ALWAYS here!

Whether your wedding style is simple & elegant or you have dreams of platinum grandeur. Our Wedding Specialist will work closely with you to ensure that every facet of your vision is captured. From breathtaking venues and planning, to elaborate floral design and everything in between, you’ll find that Beyond is the answer to all of your prayers. All of our weddings are designed to meet the needs and budget of the most discerning clientele, and can be customized into all-inclusive wedding packages, partial wedding packages or individual wedding services.
