- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My interaction with new customers is very easy and quite simple. I first obtain basic information. In principle, The age of the house is fundamental and essential in the inspection. for example, we can not compare between the new car and a used car but the used car has to be drivable, acceptable, and safe. Everything has a lifespan. the house components such as footing, foundations, floors, walls, plumbing, heating, air-conditioning, electrical and roof ....etc. have a lifespan but have to be an acceptable percentage for safety and security. **The Home Inspection includes** 1) Inspecting the Site 2) Inspecting the Exterior 3) Inspecting the Interior 4) Inspecting the Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning systems 5) Inspecting the Electrical system
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
## Education ## I have bachelor degree in civil engineer from engineering faculty Alexandria university Egypt. I have Classes for ( Structural Design & Soil Mechanics & Construction Estimating) From MIDDLESEX County College Edison New Jersey I have Diploma for Home Inspection from Baruch College the city University of New York. ## Training ## I have over 10 years experience as Civil engineer at the field I have 1 year experience working in ( architect and engineer) office at Staten Island NY
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
The provider must have had sufficient experience and the prices are suitable, making sure that the provider has insurance for all workers who are doing the work in-house and homeownership
