I want you to be fully satisfied and confident in the inspection process. * It is my goal to ensure all your questions are answered and that you are comfortable with all aspects of the home inspection. * I deliver reports via email within 24 hours of the inspection. This allows you time to review the report sooner and ensures more of your option period is available for negotiations. * I provide an easy to read, comprehensive, and detailed report. My reports include high quality color photos of defects, descriptions of the defects, and any recommendations. My reports are clear and easy to read. * I am licensed by Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC). # 20246 * I have been inspecting homes for over 3 years and have in-depth experience with all types of inspections including new construction and older homes. * I fulfill at least 16 hours of Continuing Education and inspection related training per year and stay up to date on current industry standards. * I am committed to providing a quality home inspection. I use the latest state of the art testing and measuring equipment. * I fully walk the roof to inspect the details of the shingles, flashings, and seals. * I inspect the entire attic for areas of concern such as water leaks or structural deficiencies. * I take time to ensure the foundation is properly and thoroughly inspected in its entirety. * I abide by the TREC Standards of Practice and strict Code of Ethics for Real Estate Inspectors.
