Sabah A. Thomas is a highly enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and engaged personal trainer. Not only does he have a detailed understanding of how the body works, but he also does a wonderful job of explaining it as he goes through the workouts he strategically develops for each individual. The private gym is always lively with upbeat music to keep you happily jamming while sweating! What I appreciate the most is that he always makes sure you are working out to your maximum potential in every session and leave accomplishing more than you would've ever thought. I've gone from feeling weak and "fragile" to feeling so much stronger and energized - and in turn, more productive in my daily life.
